WHLY-DYSL 水冷式尾气净化处理系统（带烟气燃烧室)

　　鲁源WHLY─DY型尾气净化处理系统是根据遗体火化过程烟气中二噁英类污染物具有高熔点、高沸点，在酸碱和氧化还原作用下，化学性能很稳定，但温度超过750℃时，容易分解的特性，采取主动控制(过程控制)+被动减排为指导原则，采用急冷塔+螺旋除尘器+生石灰、活性炭塔+脱硫塔+布袋除尘器组合的工艺方法，有效抑制火化烟气中二噁英及其它有害物质的排放和再生成。主动控制是将火化机主燃室温度控制在800～1000℃，再燃室温度控制在850℃以上，确保火化烟气在再燃室的停留时间>4s，并保证燃烧室充足的氧量供给，减少含尘气体在200～450℃温度区的停留时间，减少二噁英的生成。被动控制是利用烟气净化处理系统对火化过程中产生的烟气进行冷却、螺旋除尘、生石灰、活性炭粉喷射、脱硫、布袋除尘等技术，对烟气进行被动净化控制，有效去除烟气中残留的二噁英类污染物、二氧化硫、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳等无机污染物，使烟气排放达到国家一级烟气排放限值标准。
