高档豪华环保节能拣灰火化机

　　鲁源牌WHLY-DJHD全自动高档豪华环保节能产品先进技术的基础上，精心研制的一种新型火化机，它采用日本三菱电脑触摸屏和PLC控制，实现了自动点火、自动调节炉膛压力、自动调整供氧量和炉膛温度。采用预备室并配备拣灰台车(炕面)。台车(炕面)不仅可以平稳输送遗体，还可以做为炉炕面进行遗体火化，一车多用。采用多级强制燃烧和热量回收再利用技术，在炉膛和烟道内安装热风加热装置，使烟尘、可燃物、有害气体等充分燃烧分解氧化，达到了国家环保要求。该设备配有双套电气操作系统，是高等级殡仪馆设备更新的首选。

Equipped with Japanese Mitsubishi computer touch display and PLC control,it has realized automatic ignition, automatic adjustment of chamber pressure, oxygen supply and temperature. A preparation room and a trolley are used, and the trolley can not only transport body smoothly,but alsh be used as surface for body cremation. Due to adopting multilevel forced combustion and heat recovery&recycling technology, smoke dust,inflammable matter and harmful gas are fully burned, decomposed and oxidized, which meeds the national EP requirements.
